Job Title

Inventory Specialist

Reports to

Operations Manager

Objective

The Inventory Specialist is responsible for of all inventory tasks within our organization. They will manage inventory tracking, ordering, receiving, organizing and shipping products with an emphasis on our new expendable?s sales division. The Ideal candidate drives sales by working in conjunction with our sales team to maximize sales opportunities for our line of for sale expendables.

Responsibilities

  • Research and keep up with new products and trends to ensure maximum client satisfaction.

  • Good organizational skills to ensure proper storage and organization of inventory and improving the efficiency of the selection and shipping process.

  • Responsible for maintaining proper inventory levels of expendables at our two warehouses

  • The ability to manage multiple projects at one time in an efficient and timely manner.

  • Excellent problem-solving skills to come up with ways to improve overall efficiency and overcome inventory problems.

  • Order fulfillment of expendables as per client needs

  • Maintain an organized and safe work environment

  • Other responsibilities as determined by management.

Skills & Experience

  • High School diploma

  • 3 + years? experience in Inventory as a specialist

  • Solid understanding of specialty tools and their implementation

  • Professional self-starter with a growth mindset.

  • Strong relationship building skills a necessity

  • Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing in English

  • Must be computer literate, knowledge of Excel and Outlook.

  • Production Industry experience a plus
