We are currently seeking candidates for a Print Production Stafffor a client site who will coordinate and process work orders for print jobs, material and/or merchandise received by mail, e-mail, fax, telephone, or personally from the client, according to the client's requirements, by performing the following duties:

  • Compile, quality check and produce quality large and small format print jobs onsite
  • Maintain and oversee onsite inventory and stock
  • Retrieve and execute onsite work orders according to customer needs
  • Inspect equipment, work orders and materials to detect and resolve defects and malfunctions
  • Perform minor repairs, installations and routine hardware and software maintenance
  • Create and maintain administrative reports for the customer and ARC’s FM/MPS leadership team
  • Collect, sort and distribute packages received via the United States Postal Service, FedEx, UPS and/or other carriers
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with customer orders and/or equipment when appropriate, obtains assistance from technical expert when appropriate
  • Sustain effective and accurate communication within the clients site, and FM management for top customer service.
  • With conscious and consistent effort, quickly and accurately complete each task and/or job to uphold the customer’s expectation of quality onsite service
  • Participate in on-going ARC and other training to update technical and soft skills and knowledge
  • Work additional and/or non-traditional hours per the client’s needs
  • Perform other duties as assigned Required Skills

  • Excellent customer service skills

  • Strong comprehension of small and large format printing and copying
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft products including Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook Required Experience

  • High School diploma

  • 1-3 years of related onsite print production experience, including large and small format print
  • 1-3 years of related onsite customer service
  • Professional, business level written and oral communication skills including interpersonal skills that yield positive results
  • Proficient problem solving and conflict resolution skills that yield positive results
  • Proficient experience with Adobe and Microsoft Office tools including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
