Robert Half International Product Manager in NEW YORK, New York


TCG is seeking a senior digital product as a Digital Product Management to join the team in this “start-up” within a global giant.

In partnership with the business and critical subject matter experts, this role will be responsible for executing an experience strategy, managing a multi-year digital product vision and driving forward a set of roadmaps for digital experiences that will add value to the traditional asset management expertise of the firm. This role will partner with technology and design to deliver a suite of user centric products.


The Digital Product Manager will be responsible for building the highest quality experiences for users (advisors, institutional clients and account managers that service them). It requires an experienced product manager that is extremely data driven and has proven experience in making the complex simple and intuitive. As a product manager you must also be obsessively user centric and able to demonstrate that they have user centered principles in all of their work.

Finally, the candidate will have experience partnering extremely closely with design and engineering – with a preference given to those with deep experience in agile development environments. They will have experience in both building stand-alone features and applications and integrating partner or agency work given that the experience will most likely be a combination of build and partner.

Important to note, this role will NOT be responsible for Marketing, Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, Channel Marketing, Content Marketing or Channel Marketing but will partner with those already established global teams as needed.


● Bachelors’ degree from accredited institution

● 7+ years of experience in product development and experience design

● Financial services experience preferred, but not required

● Proven track record of articulating a product vision and receive stakeholder buy-in

● Analytical and data driven decision making experience

● Prior experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and grooming backlogs

● Prior experience working with design on wireframes and visual design

● Manage your product roadmap with a 6-12 month outlook
