Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
4 years of experience in a management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, finance, or related advisory role.
Experience leading operational and strategic initiatives.
Direct sales experience and/or excellent understanding of Sales programs (structure, incentives, tools, etc.).
Experience in manipulating large data sets using SQL. Proficiency in conducting data analysis and uncovering insights based on data.
Excellent written and verbal executive communication skills, with the ability to take complex, ambiguous topics and turn them into stories that spark an audience.
Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate across Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, Product teams, etc.
The Business Strategy & Operations organization provides business critical insights using analytics, ensures cross functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. We stay focused on aligning the highest-level company priorities with effective day-to-day operations, and help evolve early stage ideas into future-growth initiatives.
As a Regional Program Manager, you will be a regional expert on our sales program vision and design, and act as a bridge between Revenue Program and sales teams. In this role, you will be sought out as a trusted advisor by leaders across the GCS organization. By working closely with sales teams in-region, you will use your analytical and stakeholder management skills to develop a robust understanding of sales and customer opportunities, challenges, and trends, which you’ll use to influence initiatives for the overall sales program.
Also, as you also partner directly with the global Revenue Program teams, you will provide holistic feedback and analytical insights from your region to influence strategy and roadmap. You will also use your regional expertise to lead deployment of program launches and sales pilots in-market, and act as the voice of the region.

Build regional expertise for the Agency program, and build a network with sales teams members across all levels to capture seller and customer feedback and understand the opportunities and challenges.
Lead change via performance monitoring and insights by taking a qualitative and quantitative view of the program to assess effectiveness of current design and identify areas for future innovation or change.
Launch and land change by leading regional deployment of sales program launches/pilots, and ensure excellent landings by building out effective communications and go-to-market activations.
Ensure smooth execution of the program in the region by supporting sales teams through one-off troubleshooting, problem-solving, and education/training on sales program design (in collaboration with global program teams).
