Google Scaled Acquisitions Specialist, Chrome OS in New York, New York
Chrome’s mission is to “empower anyone to create and access information freely by making computing fast, secure, simple and intelligent.” The Google Chrome OS Commercial team is on the front lines of accelerating that credo by growing Chrome OS adoption across Enterprise and Education.
As a Scaled Acquisition Specialist, you’ll be managing the acquisition and onboarding of new Chrome customers throughout the region and defining engagement strategy for the future.
You will be responsible for engaging with scaled customers as they inquire about, trial and pilot Chrome for the first time. You'll be directly supporting new customers in their onboarding and will be responsible for delivering an exceptional experience to ensure they understand the value of our product. To succeed, you will need to manage relationships with our partners and Sales teams to drive retention and growth. Successful execution in this area will allow you to garner insights required to help you execute on the second objective of this role, build strategic programs for this scaled segment.
You’ll also be responsible for working with Product, Marketing and Sales in designing scaled solutions to customer pain points, support of building an onboarding journey for customers across all regions. You'll have a highly engaged team to partner with but will need your creative skills to grow and transform the business.
