The Role:

Live Nation Entertainment, the largest live entertainment company in the world, is looking for a highly creative and strategic thinker to bring their passion for music, experience in brand marketing, and partnership development to the position of Senior Manager, Solutions Development.

In this role, you'll be tasked with developing cutting edge cross-channel marketing campaigns for Live Nation’s brand partners and writing inspiring client proposals while working in a fun and dynamic environment with a group of forward-thinking individuals.


This position’s primary role is to support the Live Nation National Sales team to develop and win profitable business from corporate advertisers. Specific responsibilities include:

  • Develop engaging and creative marketing programs for brand marketers leveraging the latest in live event experiential, digital/mobile media, social engagement, and content

  • Compose clear, concise and visually engaging marketing proposals in response to brand RFPs

  • Gather and analyze quantitative and qualitative research on consumer behavior, marketing and cultural trends, and specific industry/client businesses to enhance sales probability

  • Lead internal brainstorming sessions for prospective clients

  • Coordinate communication with internal and external stakeholders to confirm feasibility and pricing for all program elements of ideas/proposals

  • Develop detailed budgets for proposed marketing programs


  • 5-7 years’ experience in advertising, marketing, cross-platform media or consumer promotions

  • Excellent writing, communication, organization, and project management skills

  • Highly effective at managing multiple deadlines and prioritizing tasks

  • Extremely resourceful and works well within a team environment

  • Flexible, fast learner with a high degree of self-initiative

  • Fluency using Microsoft Office/Apple products, especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Keynote

  • Experience with online research tools, such as comScore, Simmons and Nielsen @plan preferred)

  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent experience
