Spanish speaking Customer Service Agent - September start

Interviews are being conducted for a customer service role for a candidate that speaks fluent Spanish. This opportunity is with a large company in Manhattan and we are hiring friendly, customer service oriented candidates for this full time position. Training classes for this position start in September

Responsibilities:

Working with the facility case manager to resolve patient issues concerning schedule changes, routing suggestions, provider changes, etc.

Coordinate with facility social workers to get updated lists of patient addresses.

Compare provider trip logs with prescheduled trip confirmations received from facilities

Interact with social security professionals regarding patient trips via email or fax

Working hours: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Skills:

Must be fluent in Spanish

Hours are flexible shifts between 8am-8pm, Monday - Saturday

Qualifications:

Must be able to type 35 WPM

1-2 years of experience in a call center environment required.

HS Diploma required
