Responsibilities
Qualifications/Requirements
• 7+ years of professional software development experience
• 5+ years of experience building applications with JavaScript
• Provide production support in on-call rotation, approximately one week per month
• Solid background in JavaScript design patterns
• Solid background writing automated unit tests and working with Jenkins
• Experience interacting with RESTful API and data formats like (JSON, XML...etc)
• Experience working video-on-demand and/or linear video playback
• Solid background in OOP and knowledge of software design patterns/best practices is essential
• Experience using Source Control (Git)
• Work East Coast hours to allow sufficient overlap daily with European teammates

• Enjoy collaborating with others, both inside and outside the team
• Ability to provide constructive and objective feedback
• Previous experience in the media industry
