JPMorgan Chase Trade Support Manager in New York, New York

Duties: Serve as the point of contact to the North America Investible Indices structuring desk and oversee the day-to-day

operational issues. Onboard new indices and maintain reference data. Reconcile index levels from various sources and review

for consistency and quality. Monitor critical publication and risk controls to ensure the issues are timely resolved. Produce and

present key governance metrics for senior management and audit purposes. Design and implement a scalable, robust control

infrastructure for evolving businesses. Work closely with Exotics trading and trade support on risk management and event

processing throughout the lifecycle of investible indices trades. Lead strategic initiatives geared towards process improvement,

system enhancement and automation. Drive operating model changes to implementation by collaborating with technology

teams. Coordinate test environments and define test cases for user acceptance.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education and experience required: This position requires a Master's degree in Information Security, Computer

Science, Financial Engineering, or related field or study plus one (1) year of experience in the job offered or one (1) year of

experience as a Programmer Analyst, Application Developer, Operations Analyst, Operations Manager, or related occupation.

The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree plus three (3) years of experience.

Skills Required: This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following skills: programming; data analytics; project

management; requirements documentation and analysis; user acceptance testing; agile methodology; and application
