Liberty Home Care Distribution Supervisor & Dispatcher in Niagara Falls, New York

Liberty Home Care is a licensed home care agency and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) provider. We provide home health aides and equipment for rehabilitative purposes and pediatric equipment and supplies. The Distribution Supervisor & Dispatcher will be responsible for day-to-day dispatching deliveries and supervision of delivery technicians.


  • Maintain warehouse and pick supplies for deliveries.

  • Oversee daily operations of Delivery Technicians.

  • Dispatch deliveries and pick items to prepare for deliveries.

  • Supervises logistics for equipment delivery


  • Effective verbal and written communication skills with staff and customers.

  • Ability to organize, plan, and delegate properly in accordance with size and services of the location

  • Light lifting may be required to stock inventory, load vehicles or delivery equipment

  • Computer Literacy Necessary.

Educational/Experience Requirements

  • Associates degree preferred in Business or related or equivalent experience in HME, Home Health Industry;

  • Two years supervisory experience

  • Experience in warehouse and distribution facilities preferred.

  • Experience with Durable Medical Equipment preferred.

  • Ability to make independent and sound judgments with accountability.

  • Good communication, interpersonal and leadership skills.
