Lead and direct the overall operation in accordance with resident needs, government regulations and company policies to maintain excellent care for the residents while achieving the facility’s business objectives.
Ensure compliance with Quality Assurance measures, and Compliance related issues.
Oversee policy development in conjunction with Director of Operations for the implementation of “Best Practices” while expanding upon active compliance and Quality Assurance Program.
Understanding of all supplemental services brought for benefit of the residents and working with said services to ensure proper delivery and execution.
Ensure Case Management is being handled appropriately, and provide support for case management professional.
Ensure responses for any plan of corrections or deficiencies, as noted by New York State Department of Health, are responded to in a timely manner.
Oversee the implementation of all policy and procedure.
Must be a strong leader with great communication skills and a willingness to work both hard and smart.
