This position will focus and have the ability to work in a fast paced team environment, with attention to quality. Selected members will be required to work closely with others on the team to complete repetitive tasks to support of the electrical/mechanical assembly of components of a given product line. Selected team members will be assigned to either mechanical or discrete wiring work station. This will be a flexible/coverage position. Daily start and stop times will be established based on workload needs.

The Locale: Owego, New York is located about 200 miles northwest of New York City and about 75 miles south of Syracuse New York. Owego sits just north of the border with Pennsylvania and is part of what's known as the "Southern Tier" section of New York State. The region is home to Binghamton University and Cornell University. Niagara Falls, NYC, & Philadelphia are all within a few hours’ drive from Owego. Rolling hillsides, historic homes, quaint country shops, riverside restaurants, unique farm tours, fabulous festivals and a beautiful river make this region a great place to live. Basic Qualifications:

To be qualified to interview for this role, you will need to possess these basic qualifications:

· Must have good mechanical/assembly skills.

· Must be able to develop the use of scope skills and ability to read prints/instructions.

· Good dexterity and experience working with small pieces of hardware is required.

· Must have a good attention to detail.

PLEASE NOTE: Applicants selected must be able to successfully pass a background investigation and drug test.

Desired Skills:

To be qualified to interview for this role, you will need to possess these basic qualifications:

· Must have good mechanical/assembly skills.

· Must be able to develop the use of scope skills and ability to read prints/instructions.

· Good dexterity and experience working with small pieces of hardware is required.

· Must have a good attention to detail.

PLEASE NOTE: Applicants selected must be able to successfully pass a background investigation and drug test.

Additionally, any roles requiring Department of Defense Security Clearances will require US Citizenship.

Preferably, you should also have these desired skills:

· Hand solder skills.

· Mechanical assembly.

· Computer skills.
