Are you a hardworking, career-minded individual that wants to grow within your company?We are hiring for a full time Customer Service Representative near Poughkeepsie!Our client is seeking a candidate that will have a positive attitude and will work hard to provide the highest level of customer service. You will be responsible for providing effective customer service utilizing in-depth knowledge of company products and programs.
Customer Service RepresentativeResponsibilities:
Acting as the primary contact between customer and client
Processing all customer orders
Handling orders, returns, shipments, etc.
Maintaining database accuracy by updating customer records
Providing top notch customer service at all times by keeping customer satisfaction in mind as the end goal
Providing support to management and other departments by maintaining spreadsheets and other administrative duties as needed
Schedule:This is a full-time position: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
Compensation:$13-$15 per hour
The Customer Service Representative must:
Be able to handle a high volume of phone calls
Have excellent and professional phone presentation
Be personable while maintaining a business professional attitude
Be proficient with data-entry and Microsoft Office
Associate's degree or equivalent work experience with preference given to those having customer service or customer-facing experience
