Job Description
This role is the focal point contact in the Americas for the PepsiCo Quality Program, which is part of our overall R&D Process, Systems and Information teams. In this global role, you would be supporting the global teams with information and documentation, deliver the Global Program requirements and communicate with regional teams. The role requires excellent communication skills and project management experience. It also provides cross functional interaction within R&D - Supplier Quality Assurance, Regulatory Affairs, Microbiology, Food Safety, Measurement Sciences, Product Development and other areas such as Procurement.

*The preference is for this position is to be based at the Purchase, NY headquarters but team is open to location being remote (this applies to internals only)*

Responsibilities include:
Quality Program - Ingredient Standards:
* Supporting the Quality Program Activities for the Americas, product developers and other stakeholders
* Deliver refresh/update and on-boarding Ingredient Standards training sessions
* Facilitate the Ingredient Governance Team

Quality Program - Systems Deployment:
* Participate in IT tools user acceptance tests according to project needs
* Secure Super User participation on IT Solutions trainings
* Support system deployments. Deliver IT Solutions End User trainings

Ingredient Risk Mitigation Strategy Support:
* Ensure all new ingredient specifications created after the deployment of the risk mitigation strategy are compliant with the new standards after trainings

Global Support:
* Support and facilitate the PepsiCo Quality Programs communication delivery from global teams to local teams, such as global supplier calls

Qualifications/Requirements
Requirements:
* Bachelors Degree in the Sciences/Engineering or equivalent, Masters a plus
* 6+ years experience in Information Technology, Project Management, Training, New Product Development, New Process Development, Quality Assurance, Food Safety Assurance, Quality/Food Safety Control, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing, R&D/Technical and/or related and equivalent experience.

Preferred skills:
* Demonstrated leadership in Information Technology, Project Management, Training, New Product Development, New process Development, Quality Assurance, Food Safety Assurance, Quality/Food Safety Control, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing and/or R&D/Technical positions requiring successful interface with all these disciplines
* Effective leadership, negotiation, influencing, motivational, coordination, and communication skills across a diverse global fast paced organization
* Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with cross functional partners
* Ability to use data to drive decisions and distill business focused technical recommendations
