The Treasury Specialist/Analyst assists and supports Skanska Financial Services Inc. (SFS) with awide range of duties within Treasury, Cash Management, and the Trade Finance functions for Skanska in the US. The Treasury Specialist will report to the Chief Operating Officer of SFS Inc. The Treasury Specialist must have the ability to absorb concepts quickly, possess a strong work ethic, integrity, have excellent organizational and communicational skills, be highly detail-oriented as well being able to see the big picture, follow established processes and procedures, and be able to perform well independently and as part of a team.

The Treasury Specialist must have not less than 5-6 years of experience working in a financial institution or in a corporate treasury/finance function.Basic knowledge of financial systems and PC-based banking platforms as well as advanced Excel and Word skills are required.

Job Description:

Support to SFS Inc. within: Treasury Operations, Cash Management, and Trade Finance.

Treasury and Cash Management

  • Monitor daily liquidity positions and transactions

  • Collecting and coordinating information for forecasting purposes and daily positions

  • Execute daily treasury transactions and perform daily treasury operations in a PC based environment

  • Keep close cooperation with the financial market and Skanska entities

  • Reconciling, reviewing, and registering transactions in the Financial Systems

  • Support in short term liquidity forecasting

  • Update and generate daily reports and prepare reports for the month-end

  • Assisting in preparation of documentation from banks, such as KYC

  • Working with online banking

  • Assisting in solving ongoing banking issues

  • General administration related to treasury operations and banking

  • Maintain proper records

  • General support in treasury and cash management, as required

  • Adhoc projects as required
