Document Management Support

Documentation management support for Medical Device Regulatory Submissions.


  • Coordination of technical documentation for upload to a document control system and approval following good documentation management practices.

  • Ensure documents are archived using the appropriate classification properties (meta data).

  • Render documents searchable using OCR scanning or Adobe PRO/DC and quality check to confirm document integrity.

  • Quality control review of documents to ensure they are meeting good documentation practices.

  • Maintain status tracking of documents to support regulatory submission.

  • Provide documentation management guidance and supports to project team members.

  • Participate in project activities and ensure deliverables are complete to meet tight schedules.

  • Cross-functional MDR project team members across multiples sites/regions

  • Labeling/Packaging/Artwork colleagues across multiple sites/regions

  • Quality management resources.

  • Regulatory Affairs

Requirements: Two years of experience in document management. Ideally associates or BS.

  • CMOs across US and outside US Previous experience of implementing documentation changes in Medical Device Quality Management System would be a plus.

  • Cross functional project team experience

  • Working Knowledge of MS office with proficiency in Excel, Word, and Power Point.

  • Working Knowledge of Adobe Pro/DC.

  • Working knowledge of documentation management systems (D2, Open Text, Documentum)

  • Ability to read and comprehend technical documentation

  • Ability to organize and maintain status tracking reports.

  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written) with ability to communicate with other scientific and engineering disciplines on a cross functional team.

  • Decisive, self-motivated/capable of working on own initiative, and able to prioritize with a proactive approach.

  • High attention to detail

  • Medical Device experience would be a plus

  • cGMP
