Facilitate document management activities in accordance with the requirements of the Document Management and related processes.

  • Document change activities assigned to Rochester Quality.

  • Guidance to site and other regional level documentation specialists.

  • Provide Local Region Support as needed.


  • Coordinate the document lifecycle management by processing Change Requests, facilitating the review, approval, distribution, and monitoring of documentation.

  • Supporting the processing of requests for user account set up.

  • Working with IT on changes, testing, and issue resolution with the document management software.

  • Provide guidance to site documentation specialists

  • Review and advise on document development based on technical writing expertise

  • Provide Inspection/Audit support for documentation

  • Provide support for onboarding new sites to the documentation process and system/technology

  • Other Duties as assigned in related responsibilities

Key Relationships:

  • Internal - Site and regional Documentation Specialists, users, Rochester Quality process owners

  • External - Document management software representatives


  • BS or BA degree in a business, technical, or scientific discipline.

  • 1+ year of document lifecycle management in a FDA regulated environment, preferred.
