Position Summary

The Imaging Operations Associate will support Operations by handling a variety of initiatives. The primary function of this position will be to manage the day to day tasks for image analysis and general operations. This position will also generate and provide assigned operations-based reports to the operations teams which include but are not limited to: revenue and margin, performance metrics, operations schedules and daily operations status reports. The Imaging Operations Associate may also provide additional support to the Executive Team by handling special projects.


  • Maintain a positive, results-oriented work environment by building partnerships, modeling teamwork and communicating in an open, balanced and objective manner

  • Manage operations-based reports including: margin and revenue, operations scheduling/planning, performance metrics, operations status reports

  • Working with the operations management to develop, implement and maintain both the individual and departmental performance metrics for Image Analysis

  • Working with the Strategic Operations Manager on capacity and resource planning for all external technical resources

  • Support the SQC department with planning, process updates and timelines

  • Identify areas for process improvement and help lead the updates

  • May represent Image Analysis and Strategic Operations in both internal/external meetings

  • May work on special projects as assigned by VP, Operations

  • Compliance with internal SOPs



  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preference in Life Sciences or similar) or equivalent education/work experience

  • One to two years in a clinical research environment preferred

  • Minimum of one to three years in a client facing role


  • Up to 10% travel possible to include domestic and international


  • Must be highly organized and motivated

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers and clients

  • Excellent customer service skills with strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good problem-solving skills

  • Ability to work in groups and individually with moderate supervision

  • Ability to learn and apply new technology

  • General knowledge of applicable regulations desired

  • General knowledge of Good Clinical Practice desired

  • Self-starter with a collaborative and enthusiastic disposition

  • Ability to multi-task, respond to challenges with creativity, empathy and flexibility, and work well in a fast-paced team environment

  • Intermediate MS office experience required
