CBLPath, Inc. Financial Analyst in Rye Brook, New York
The Financial Analyst will provide Finance, Operations and Sales leadership with fact-based analysis and information to evaluate historical financial, operational, sales and market data for the purpose of helping drive future company performance. This will include processing, analyzing, and reporting financial data, process improvement, and various monthly accounting functions. The Financial Analyst will relate frequently, both formally and informally, with all levels of leadership including department managers, directors, and executive leadership.
Conceptualize, design, and validate reports to meet routine needs. Ensure the data is methodologically and statistically sound and accurate while working with IT to automate reports.
Develop variance analysis reports for the current budget cycle. Be able to communicate reasons for variances across expense and department categories.
Develop revenue related information for the current budget cycle. This includes the collection and review of all budgeted statistics, payor mix analyses, and gross and net revenue generation.
Develop and analyze case volumes, sales, trends and other metrics in a variety of formats including numerical reports, narrative analysis, graphs, charts as well as presentation formats.
Assist with the validation of Data Warehouse information to ensure integrity of the data extracted for reporting and analysis.
Perform complex data extractions and manipulations that culminate in the design of meaningful ad-hoc analyses and/or reports as needed.
Prepare sales forecasts and collects and analyze data to evaluate current sales goals and increase sales productivity.
Leverages the Company’s proprietary database software and external business intelligence software in the utilization and training for business and act as a consultant to business (managers and sales reps) by helping them interpret and understand the information available.
Assist in the development of sales quotas and forecasts for the sales team.
Understands the company’s high margin products and recommends sales efforts on these products when necessary.
Analyze sales cycle, recommends measures to shorten the sales cycle.
Researches and evaluates current economic conditions that may affect the organization's ability to sell its products or services in the marketplace.
Assist with the analysis of marketing studies
Assist in establishment and maintenance of the company’s CRM solution
Extract, aggregate, and analyze customer and sales data
The ideal candidate will have 2 to 5 years of finance or analytics experience. Experience with healthcare industry is a plus.
The candidate, must be fluent in the use of a wide range of secondary data sources

Advanced expertise in MS Excel
Familiarity with, or expertise in, SQL Server, MS Access, Great Plains accounting software, and business intelligence programs such as Tableau or Logi Analytics
