$91,794- $102,661. Please note, posted Hiring Salary includes the sum of the statutory hiring rate for PS&T Grade 25 ($81,446) and Increased Hiring Salary ($10,348).
Positions in this title series provide professional psychological services to individuals residing in certified residential settings and/or to individuals accessing clinical services through an Article 16 clinic.
CNY DDSO covers the following counties; Onondaga, Cayuga, Cortland, Oswego, Oneida, Herkimer, Lewis and Madison counties. Travel within and across these eight counties may occur. Mileage is compensated per Office of State Comptroller rules and regulations.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform psychological assessments and evaluations using formal and informal measures.
Writing comprehensive clinical reports.
Coordinate and collaborate with team members.
Develop appropriate recommendations and interventions.
Function as a member of a clinical team.
Maintain professional standards related to NYS regulations, CNYDDSOO policies, and CNYDDSOO protocols
Supervise non-licensed clinicians in psychology titles or other titles as deemed necessary/assigned.
Review and analyze data.
Perform special projects/assignments as assigned.
Maintain acceptable Time and Attendance Standards.
Participate in committees as requested by Supervisor and/or Administration
Provide coverage during Treatment Team Leader absences.
Assist in development of policies and procedures as appropriate.
Possess working knowledge base of OPWDD’s supports and services and other community resources.
Attend clinical discipline meetings.
Be able to uphold and support NYS regulations which relate to OPWDD and CNYDDSOO policies and protocols
Ability to function as a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team relating to professional, para-professional and direct care staff.
Ability to communicate in a thorough, concise, accurate and professional manner both verbally and in writing.
Possess an acceptable time and attendance record as specified in the time and attendance policy.
