Job Summary:Responsible for a wide range of office/clerical functions in the HR-Employee/Labor Relations Office including handling of highly confidential information. Receptionist duties include: answer phones and route calls to appropriate staff member or take detailed messages, prepare typed transcripts of audio recordings from meetings, open and process incoming and outgoing mail, grant access to office suite, maintain calendars for multiple staff and schedule meetings involving multiple attendees, input data into systems and spreadsheets and generate reports, oversee ordering and stock of office supplies, enter documents into personnel files and prepare personnel files for review, general office filing, and other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Two years of secretarial/administrative experience or Associate's degree required. Must have excellent customer service skills, organizational skills, and strong computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.

Monday-Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm
