This is a rolewell suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in theircareer. As a Analytics Engineer, Sr Staff ,you will be responsible for :

  • Candidates must have the ability tounderstand complicated Medical Device equipment and their HW subsystems.From this understanding, the candidates must be able to propose what datashould be captured and transmitted for our IoMT vision.

  • Determine requirements for softwareapplication(s) or features in alignment with the department’s targets,focusing on Product Support, Customer needs, and other Cross Departmentalrequests.

  • Perform analysis on collected data,identify root cause, and develop recommendations / solutions to drivebusiness improvements and resolve field complaints.

  • Collaborate across departments todevelop and implement workflows which shall provide insight on instrumentand customer behaviors. Guide these efforts by ensuring specification andrequirement traceability.

  • Work closely with cross-functionalteam members to ensure that the full understanding of the subsystem andits expected performance are developed

  • Work closely with subject matterexperts to identify solutions to complex technical issues bytroubleshooting, determining root cause, and then proposing designmodifications as they pertain to lab diagnostic device system & assayperformance.

  • Participate in instrument systemtraining to develop skillsets, be able to provide technical guidance andknowledge transfer to internal fleet support /Services teams whenescalated instrument issues arise at critical customer sites.

  • Analyze system & assayperformance test data and establish acceptance criteria

  • Collaborate with all Design andCommercial Product Engineering teams

  • Experience with medicalinstrumentation and subsystem aggregation is preferred

  • You will be working with the latestmedical instrumentation and therefore you are willing to learn about newIoMT, software and hardware solutions

  • You have experience with analyticstoolsets like PowerBI, Azure Analytics services is preferred

  • Knowledge of AI, cognitive services,and big data analysis

  • Knowledge of basic engineeringprinciples; electrical, mechanical and system to understand the operationof complicated medical equipment and glean insight from instrument data

  • Understanding and compliance withprocedures pertaining to:

  • Subsystem and system designcharacterization

  • System integration

  • Engineering prototype configurationmanagement during system verification

  • Design verification and traceability

  • Technical and Product RiskManagement

  • Design transfer to manufacturing

  • Manufacturing /Quality ControlSystems support

Requiredskills to have for the success of this role

:

  • Bachelor’s Degree required in IT orrelated Engineering is required. A Master’s Degree in IT or relatedEngineering field is preferred

  • Minimum of 5-8 years of engineeringwork experience with instrumentation and or data analytics

  • Appreciation for the FDA regulatedmedical device industry

  • Willing to travel up to 20%
