Human Resources Administrator to their team.

  • Benefits . Help administer the health and welfare plans, including processing enrollments, changes and terminations. Processes required documents through payroll and insurance providers to ensure accurate record-keeping and proper deductions. Reviews benefits statements

  • Customer Service. Perform customer service functions by assisting employees, handling requests and questions. Assist employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and procedures.

  • I-9 Forms and Background Checks. Complete Forms I-9, verify I-9 documentation and maintain I-9 files. Submit online investigation requests for background checks.

  • Data Audit . Conduct audits of payroll, benefits or other HR documentation as needed.

  • Terminations . Coordinate the termination process. Handle all scheduling and paperwork.

  • Performance Reviews . Assist with the preparation of the performance review process.

  • Recruiting . Assist with recruitment and interview process. Review resumes. Handle all interview scheduling. Track status of candidates and handles candidate communication.

  • Administrative Support. Make photo copies; mail, scan and email documents; and perform other clerical functions. Personnel File Maintenance.

  • New Employee Onboarding . Assist with new-employee onboarding. Handle all scheduling and materials preparation.

  • Verification of Employment . Respond to reference checks and verifications of employment status.

  • Projects . Assist the manager with HR projects.

  • PTO . Record all PTO, vacation and sick time for employees. Provides employees with updates. Support initiatives to move to ADP Time and Attendance for PTO records.

  • Company Events . Key member of the team planning and executing company events such as Happy Hours, Family Day and Holiday Events.

  • Organizational Charts and Contact List. Update and maintain organizational charts and contact lists.

  • Maintain high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information.


  • Associate degree in HR-related field required (Bachelor's preferred) or equivalent HR experience

  • 1 to 3 years' related administrative experience

  • Strong Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
